How commissions work on ForReal
Updated this week

As a creator on ForReal, you can earn commissions by selling selected products in your storefront or list. You can pay out commission to your bank account.

You can earn a commission when someone purchases a product through your profile or list, as long as the product has a commission label.

Unlike many other platforms, commissions are paid based on the sales price listed on ForReal.

You can find products with a commission label when you create/edit your list or storefront:

How Commissions Work:

ForReal pays you commissions when you sell selected products with a commission label on your list.

You can track your performance anytime by visiting the “Activity” tab.

You can see all product you sold and your earned commisions when you click on "Pending Earnings"

Current Commission Eligibility:

At the moment, commissions are only paid for products with Instant Checkout enabled on ForReal.

Two Types of Commission Structures:

Example 1: 10% Commission Per Sale

If a seller offers a 10% commission, you’ll earn 10% of the sale price for each product sold through Instant Checkout.

Example 2: Up to 10% Commission Per Sale

Some products may have multiple sellers offering different commissions. The seller selected by the customer for checkout will determine which commission you earn.

Tracking Sales:

You’ll be notified in your activity feed whenever a product is sold through your list, so you’ll always know when you’ve earned a commission, and how much.
