How to add a shipping country?

Adding shipping countries ensures that customers know where your store delivers and what the shipping costs and estimated delivery times are. Follow the steps below to add a new shipping country to your store.

Step 1: Navigate to the Shops Section

1. Log in to your ForReal Seller account.

2. In the left-hand menu, click on “Shops” (highlighted in yellow in the image).

3. Locate the store for which you want to add a shipping country.

4. Click on the three-dot menu (•••) next to the store.

5. Select “Shipping countries” from the dropdown.

Step 2: Open the Shipping Countries Menu

• A pop-up window will appear displaying the current shipping countries for the selected store.

• You will see the list of countries already added, along with the shipping fee and estimated delivery time.

Step 3: Add a New Shipping Country

1. Click the “Add” button (highlighted in yellow).

2. A new window labeled “Add shipping country” will open.

3. Fill in the required details:

Country: Enter the name of the country you want to add.

Shipping Fee: Input the shipping fee (e.g., 0,00 EUR for free shipping).

Shipping Fee Currency: Select the appropriate currency (e.g., EUR).

Delivery Time: Enter the estimated delivery time (e.g., 3-5 days).

Step 4: Save the Shipping Country

• Click the “Add” button to save the new shipping country.

• The new country will now be listed under the store’s shipping settings.

Editing or Removing a Shipping Country

• In the Shipping Countries pop-up, locate the country you wish to edit.

• Click the Edit button or the three-dot menu (•••) for more options.

• Adjust the shipping fee or delivery time as needed.
