Start selling in 5-10 working days
If you're not selling on marketplaces in Europe yet, you need to fulfill all necessary requirements as listed below.
Step 1: Be okay with our operational requirements

Step 2: Make sure your fulfill all product requirements
| 1. | Ensure Every Product Has a Unique Identifier: All products listed on FRL must include an EAN-13 (European Article Number). Learn more about why this is important here. |
| 2. | Follow Proper Labeling Standards: To meet compliance with EU regulations, all products must be accurately labeled with the required information. |
| 3. | Choose Your Integration Path: You can integrate with FRL using one of our trusted partners or directly through the ForReal Interface (FFI). Select the method that works best for your business. |
| 4. | Adhere to Our Content Guidelines: Familiarize yourself with ForReal standards for images and content, as well as the management of products effectively. |
| 5. | Understand Our Platform Policies: Review our rules and expectations to ensure a seamless partnership. |
| 6. | Complete the KYC Process: Submit the necessary “Know Your Customer” documentation to comply with legal requirements, including anti-money laundering laws. These documents will be required after your contract is signed. |
| 7. | Handle EU Logistics Properly: No matter your logistics provider, ensure you have legal representation for customs, an EU-based return address, and all necessary import/export documentation in place. |

Step 3: Make sure you fulfill our legal requirements
| 1. | You must have an IBAN so we can make payments |
| 2. | You must have a local VAT number of any European country |
| 3. | You must have a European return address. The address is needed for returned orders and faulty items. |
| 4. | All your products must have cleared customs. |
| 5. | Your products are warehoused in Europe. |
